Position: Assistant Manager - TV Media Sales. There are 2 Positions - one each at Delhi and Bangalore
Education: Any UG/ PG/ MBA
Experience: 4 - 6 Years in TV media sales
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate will be responsible for strategies to develop, retain & grow shares with each client in North/ South India markets for business by ensuring sales and collection targets are met for the region on a monthly basis. Building relationship with clients, media buyers, and agencies through constant engagement backed with a deep understanding of their requirements. Client Servicing– being involved in the execution and campaign monitoring, campaign feedback and collections.
2. Adopting a consultative/concept selling Sales approach by having a deep understanding of the product and having a clear USP of the product that will fulfill the client needs. Ensuring sales kit/presentations are up to date. Independently Identifying new clients/categories/regions to increase customer base and ensuring all three levels of people ie decision makers, influencers and implementers are met. Continuous competitor mapping by markets & categories on a bi-monthly basis. Monitoring channel performance through reports and presenting it to clients on a regular basis. Ensure Individual goals achieved for all channels as well as individual properties. Candidate should have good English and regional language skills.
